Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund may be issued instead. 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

All ALÚ Jewellery pieces come with a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and structural defects, including:

• Faulty clasps
• Broken links
• Structural breakage
• Stones or elements detaching due to a manufacturing fault

If your item presents a fault within this period, we will:

• Repair the item, or
• Replace the item, or
• Offer a refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Customers must contact us with photos and order details before returning any item.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches or surface marks.
• Tarnishing caused by perfumes, creams, or chemicals.
• Water damage.
• Bent pieces due to pressure or impact.
• Lost items.
•Improper storage.

Jewellery is delicate and should be handled and stored with care to extend its lifespan

ALÚ Jewellery pieces are handmade using recycled aluminium and stainless steel as our core materials. Gold pieces are finished with PVD gold coating for durability and long-lasting colour. Due to the artisanal process and the nature of the material, each piece may present slight variations, making every item unique.

To ensure long-lasting durability and preserve the original characteristics of your piece, we recommend the following care:

* Avoid bending, forcing, or aggressively adjusting your piece, as this may weaken or distort its shape.

* Avoid direct contact with perfume, moisturisers, and other chemicals that may affect the finish.

* Avoid getting your piece wet, especially in swimming pools or sea water. If it does get wet, dry it immediately.

* Store separately in the provided pouch to protect it from scratches and other damage.

* Polish gently using a soft, dry cloth.
